Meet the Team
The Face of Elevate: The on-location Field Operations team is there for you when you need someone to be physically present to assist. They’re your in-house IT Department, when you want it. Their positive attitudes, responsiveness, and swift resolution times make them the best representatives of Elevate’s belief that we’re better together!
Service with a Smile: When you reach out to Elevate – you get a technician. We believe the best way to deliver excellent service is to make sure that when you reach out, you speak to a person who can help you. The Elevate Help Desk is the first, and often last, stop you’ll need to make when you have a technical issue of any kind.
The Velvet Glove: Our sales team is strongly oriented toward client and user care, providing technical answers to our clients’ business needs, and keeping track of the rapidly-changing requirements of the modern workplace.
Product Expertise, On-Demand: Our engineering team is broken into two expert divisions: Project Engineers, responsible for specifying, researching, and rolling out new systems and products; and Support Engineers, providing escalated support on complex systems and programs.
Coordinated and Integrated Direction: Our Project Coordinator pulls together all the resources needed by our engineering and sales departments, spending half her time ensuring delivery on-time, with above-expected results, and half her time assisting with inter-departmental coordination.
The Navigators: Our Operations team handles all internal processes and client account questions, always seeking opportunities to improve our processes and standards both internally and for our client-deliverables. From start to finish, the Operations teams have their hands in every part of the client and employee experience here at Elevate - keeping track of both where we’ve been, where we’re at, and where we are going together.
The Steady Hand on the Wheel: The executive team sets direction for the whole company, keeping a close eye on our end-user experiences, community outreach and security posture.
