On November 2^nd, 2023, Elevate Technology Group received reports of clients experiencing intermittent cloud services out of the Hillsboro, OR location. Elevate Technology Group immediately activated its disaster response plan and worked towards identifying, restoring, and monitoring services. The cause of this outage was due to unexpected multiple underlying power incidents that are described later in this report.

Elevate Technology Group, in partnership with EWEB and the University of Oregon's Wildfire Technologies, installed a new camera for wildfire detection. This camera, at the heart of Holiday Farm in the McKenzie River Valley, was installed at 3,200 feet of elevation, and required two Elevate technicians to clime 190 feet higher to install it. The camera will be able to see 40 miles during the day, 120 miles at night, and will be live streamed online, giving the public and first responders critical real-time information.

Elevate Technology Group, in collaboration with Onward Eugene and the McKenzie School District, brought reliable high-speed internet to the Blue River community through mobile hotspots and the installation of a 60-foot solar-powered telecommunications tower constructed above Blue River. At an event on Tuesday, these hotspots were distributed to nearly 100 McKenzie district students and families as part of a pilot project.
