Dillon McCaslin

Dillon joined the U.S. Navy directly after high school, where he served as an IT specialist, gaining hands-on experience in managing everything from basic office printers to complex network systems. In just a year and a half, Dillon took charge of the Radio Shop on the ship, overseeing critical communication systems. Following this, he transferred to Hawaii, where he managed VTC suites and various telecommunications equipment on a global level, further sharpening his technical expertise.

Since returning to civilian life, his career journey has included roles as a Tower Technician, where he worked on cell phone towers, a remote Help Desk Analyst with a hotel chain, and even a stint in construction. This diverse background has helped develop a broad skill set, combining hands-on technical work with customer-facing experience.

Currently, Dillon is pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity. With an A+ certification already completed and many more certifications in progress, he is committed to continually advancing his expertise in the industry.

In his off time, Dillon enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching TV shows, and going to the coast.
