During Albert's high school and college years, he developed a strong interest in computers, diving into self-taught troubleshooting, desktop building, and connecting with like-minded peers. After graduating, Albert gained experience in customer service and telecommunications before landing his first IT role as a Helpdesk Technician. With over 12 years in the technology field, Albert is dedicated to delivering top-tier support and technical assistance.

Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors. Whether it's exploring the coast, fishing, rafting, hiking, or paddle boarding, He's always eager to experience all that the Northwest has to offer.
